ORDERS AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
If you place an order through our website (for example a Christmas or gift order), we process the information you provide - in particular your name, delivery address, the items ordered, and the payment reference assigned to your order - to fulfil that order. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer to our business account at Raiffeisenkasse Wipptal/Sterzing; we match incoming payments against the payment reference we give you. We do not process credit card or other payment card data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). We retain your order data for our records unless a longer statutory retention period (e.g. for tax purposes) applies.
CONTACT FORM AND NEWSLETTER
